The School of Cadence Ballet offers children and professional dancers classes in ballet, pointe, variations, pas de deux, men's classes, contemporary ballet, contemporary jazz, contemporary, modern, improvisation, jazz, hip-hop, creative movement, acro and body conditioning. S.C.B is home to Cadence Ballet and it’s three companies, which enables S.C.B to offer professional dance expertise to all levels of dancers.
The School of Cadence Ballet is quickly becoming a place where both dancers and parents can see tangible improvement in the student’s level both technically and artistically. The carefully designed program ensures that the dancers receive the right exposure and versatility, giving them the best chance at a successful career. The result is a school full of happy and engaged dancers who are improving their grace, work ethic, love of dance, and artistic maturity right before your eyes while being recognized for this on an international level.
Students have been accepted to international schools such as the Royal Ballet School (London), The Paris Opera Ballet School (Paris), The Bolshoi Ballet (Moscow), San Francisco Ballet School (San Francisco), the American Ballet Theatre (New York), School of American Ballet (New York), have been received top awards and invitations to represent Canada at the finals at competitions such as the Youth American Grand Prix, American Dance Competition, American Dance Awards and the Canadian National Dance Championships. Professional dancers and former students are currently found performing in various companies throughout the world.

The School Of Cadence Ballet in partnership with Cadence Ballet offers professional training to pre-professional dancers. With Professional Training Program dancers can train intensively from a young age and can be taken care of throughout their career. The Professional Training Program is open to dancers ages three to seventeen years in September of their auditioning year. Care is taken to ensure the schedule reflects international standards for dance education at every age. At the age of fifteen professional development programs are implemented to their schedule, guiding the dancers carefully through their decisions surrounding this hugely rewarding career.

The Junior Division is an exciting program for children ages 3-8 who display an interest in exploring dance at a young age. The program is open to children who enter Junior Kindergarten to Grade Two in September of their year of registration. Children at this age are encouraged through classes in creative movement, conditioning and ballet and jazz to develop coordination, musicality, athleticism and a sense of grace. Dancers are introduced to the fundamental skills of dance while falling in love with the art form through engaging the imagination.
*Assessment for this level is based on level of focus and interest in dance. No experience is necessary at this level*
The Junior Division適合三至八歲有興趣探索舞蹈的兒童。本課程開放給所有幼稚園至二年級生。在這個年齡的孩子，我們鼓勵透過創意律動，調理, 芭蕾舞及爵士舞發展身體協調性，音樂感，運動能力及優雅感。舞者可以學習到舞蹈的基本技巧及發揮想像力從而愛上這個藝術形式。

The Preparatory Division is a specialized program developed for children entering Grades Three to Four. Children train between seven to nine hours per week with a focus on classical ballet and conditioning. These two years are designed to prepare the children for entrance the full time Professional Training Program in Grade Five.

The Elementary Division is for children ages ten to thirteen who display an interest in exploring dance beyond purely a recreational level. The program is open to children who enter grades five to seven in September of their year of registration. Children train full time between twelve to twenty hours per week with a focus on classical ballet and contemporary and have the choice to attend one of Cadence's partnered schools in order to adjust to their intensified training schedule. Students at this level may also be chosen to represent The School Of Cadence Ballet in international competitions such as the Youth American Grand Prix. This program begins to introduce the discipline and passion for the art while teachers carefully prepare their young bodies for the rigorous athleticism required in today's exciting dance world.

The Intermediate Division is for children ages thirteen to fifteen who display a keen interest in pursuing a professional career in dance. The program is open to children who enter grades eight to nine in September of their year of registration. At this level students begin to gain true professional experience, performing in Cadence Youth Ballet alongside professional dancers. Students may also be chosen to represent The School Of Cadence Ballet in international competitions such as the Youth American Grand Prix.

The SR Division Program is open to children ages fifteen to eighteen who are entering grades ten to twelve in September of their auditioning year. This program is designed to provide an intensive training program to dancers who are interested in pursuing a career in dance.
At this level students are expected to conduct themselves as professionals and are treated as such thereby gaining true professional experience. Students have the potential to dance with Cadence Youth Ballet, alongside professional dancers and begin working with internationally renowned choreographers. Students in this division also have the oppotunity to join Cadence Bridges Ballet which allows them to begin to immerse themselves in the professional company of Cadence Ballet in both rehearsal processes and performances. Students may also be chosen to represent The School Of Cadence Ballet in international competitions such as the Youth American Grand Prix.
The SR Division課程適合十五歲至十八歲學生（在註冊年九月份為十年級至十二年級）。這個課程的設計是為適合十三至十五歲對專業舞蹈生涯有興趣的學生提供一個密集的訓練計畫。在這一個級別的學生將會被視為專業的舞者從而獲得專業的經驗。
學生有機會與Cadence Youth Ballet的專業舞者一起跳舞，更有機會和國際知名編舞家合作。學生有機會透過參加Cadence Bridges Ballet，開始適應一個專業舞團的排練過程及表演。學生會有機會被挑選成為代表參加國際比賽，例如：青年美國大獎賽
